Frequently Asked Questions

These are some of the most frequently asked questions all in one place to make your life a little easier when placing your order.

1. How many seeds are in a pack?
Sorry for the confusing wording! 1 seed = 1 pack, 3 seeds = 3 pack, 5 seeds = 5pack etc.

2. Do you accept credit card?
Due to fraud and charge backs along with payment processors not willing to work with our industry, we currently only accept Interac eTransfer and Bitcoin Payments.

3. Worldwide Shipping?
Seed Hub currently ships within Canada only.

4. Is your shipping discreet?
All of our packages are shipped very discreetly and your package may be shipped in a number ways, the customer’s name and address and a return address being the only info on the parcel.

5. Do you provide tracking numbers?
Everything is sent via Canada Post letter mail – there will be no tracking numbers for our safety and yours.

6. How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?
Orders typically take 2-4 weeks to arrive.  If you do not collect your parcel it will be returned to us and we will then contact you to confirm that your address details are correct so that we can reship if it does eventually arrive back with us.

7. I have not received my goods yet.
If your parcel is not received AFTER 30 days, please contact us at refunds@seedhub.ca and we will resolve the issue with you. Typically a wrong mailing address was provided or nobody was around to pick up the parcel. We will be happy to resend or refund your order.

8. Methods of Payment.
We only accept Interac eTransfer at the moment.

9. Which Currency will you charge me in?
As Seed Hub is a Canadian company we will charge you in Canadian Dollars (CDN) only at the checkout.

10. Can stock be reserved?
Unfortunately we cannot reserve any stock unless a payment has been made.  If you make an order and send payment through the post, we cannot guarantee you will receive the desired items as they may go out of stock by the time the money order reaches us. We do apologize for any inconvenience caused by this, but we cannot guarantee stock due to volume of orders that are made and unpaid for.

11. What if an item I have ordered is out of stock?
We will offer a replacement product or refund you the difference.

12. What does it mean if a product is on backorder?
The breeder is offering the strain for sale, but is out of stock at the moment. Typically they will do a drop every few months or so but it may be out of stock for a while. We will do our best to get the strain for you.

13. I emailed you but did not get a response.
Please email us again with “Urgent” in the title – we probably just missed it as all emails and orders get sent to the same address. We will not answer ANY emails regarding germination and growth of seeds.

14. Do you have a germination guarantee?
No – we only sell seeds for souvenir and collection purposes. Germination of seeds is still illegal in Canada. Most of our seeds come in original breeders packaging, if you have problems with your seeds contact the breeder directly.

15. How do I get free stuff?
